Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, different product,(if price varies you will be charged to difference or refunded the difference) or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Once contacted we will ask that you return item to us and then order the new item that you want on our website.  Once returned item is received we will refund you the total of the first item and ship out the new order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at cocreativeexpressions@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once contacted we will ask that you return item to us and then order the new item that you want on our website.  Once returned item is received we will refund you the total of the first item and ship out the new order.
